Because our products are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods delivered via immediate electronic download, please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

1. No Refunds (All Sales Are Final)

Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of our products, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable. Once a digital order is processed, a license key generated, or source files downloaded, the digital assets remain permanently in the customer's possession and the license cannot be retracted or disabled.

By completing a purchase through our website and Merchant of Record (Paddle.com), you acknowledge and agree that you waive any statutory cancellation or cooling-off period once digital download access or license activation has commenced.

2. Dedicated Technical Support

While all purchases are non-refundable, your satisfaction and successful implementation are our highest priorities. If you experience any technical difficulties, setup hurdles, or missing dependencies:

• Our engineering team provides direct support within 24–48 business hours.
• We provide comprehensive documentation and step-by-step setup guides for every template and UI kit.
• Any reported bugs or missing files are promptly patched and updated files are sent directly to your email.

3. Pre-Purchase Evaluation

To ensure the product meets your requirements before purchasing:

• Please review all product specifications, screenshots, and technology stack requirements (React, Figma, Node.js, etc.) listed on the product and pricing pages.
